Atlas Orthogonal Chiropractic Care
Atlas Orthogonal Chiropractic Care has been implemented, endorsed, and studied by experts from around the world, having had great success with even the most complicated cases. The Atlas Orthogonal Technique. The Atlas Orthogonal Technique is based on a few basic and powerful understandings.
First of all, the atlas is the uppermost bone of the spine, which has the important job of protecting the brainstem. The brainstem is the transitional area where the brain starts its communication with the spinal cord. Misalignments of this area cause stress and pressure on the entire nervous system. This creates a chain reaction of: head-tilt, compensatory misalignment at lower levels of the spine, diminished nervous system function, and other symptoms in the head, neck and any other region of the body.
In addition to this, the most recent research has shown that restrictions in this upper cervical region of the spine create diminished cerebral spinal fluid flow – causing other compensatory reactions, and symptomotology throughout the entire body – a syndrome known as Cranial Cervical Syndrome by the medical community, and for over 100 years known as Upper Cervical Subluxation by the Chiropractic profession.
This is the most precise of Chiropractic techniques and because of this is extremely safe, gentle and profoundly effective.

Activator Methods is the most widely practiced Chiropractic techniques and is known for being safe, gentle, well studied and effective. Activator method uses an instrument to perform the Chiropractic adjustment. The instrument produces enough force to move the vertebrae and stimulate muscles to relax, while producing no extra unnecessary force, in order to remain gentle and comfortable.
This Chiropractic technique is gentle enough, yet effective enough, to be useful for individuals with spinal fusions, degenerative spinal conditions, osteoporosis and extreme muscle spasm. An adjustment with the Activator instrument uses a very quick, precise and measured force to restore proper movement to the vertebrae and move them back into place.
